Citrix Desktop ("CAG") is available from any device. To log on to the CAG successfully, the Microsoft Authenticator App must be installed on your mobile device and registered with the Firm via the MFA User Portal . Your Firm-provided laptop is already equipped with all the software necessary to use the CAG. To use the CAG from a personal desktop computer , the Citrix Workspace App is required for the best experience. You may also use a feature-limited version of the client from directly within your web browser by clicking "Use Light Version" when the CAG prompts you to select or install a Citrix client. To use the CAG from a mobile device , the Citrix Workspace App must be installed and configured on your device. Outlook on the Web ("OWA") is available only from your Firm-provided laptop or mobile device . Webmail logon from personal devices is not permitted.
