Access to the CAG and OWA requires a Defender Token. If you need access to firm systems while away from the office and do not have a Defender Token, please contact your local IT Department. Additionally, a Citrix Software Plug-in is required to access the CAG. The Plug-in is already installed on firm laptops. To install the Plug-in on a non-firm computer, click the appropriate option below to install the Plug-in before attempting to access the CAG. NOTE: There is a compatibility issue with MacOS Mojave systems and the current Citrix Plug-in for Mac. Please contact the Service Desk for assistance.
